What is My Horse Box?

My Horse Box is an equestrian subscription box.

Every month, we send our subscribers a beautiful bespoke box full of equestrian goodies.

We supply at least 4 high quality items and guarantee the collective value of the products in each box is higher than your subscription cost.


How does it work?

Once you subscribe, we send you our luxurious My Horse Box every month.

The boxes are sent out between the 14th – 17th of the month and your subscription will automatically renew on the 20th.

Once you join the club, you can put your feet up, relax, and wait for equestrian heaven to be delivered! We’ll take care of the rest.


When will I receive my order?

Boxes are packed and shipped between 14th and 17th of each month for orders/subscriptions from the previous month.

Please be aware this does mean that depending on when you place your order/start your subscription, you may have to wait over a month before your first box arrives.

Example:

You place your order/start your subscription on 1st January, your first box would be our Februaru box which would be shipped around 14th – 17th February.


When does my subscription renew?

All subscriptions automatically renew on the 20th of the month, either every month, every 3 months or every 6 months, depending on what payment plan you have selected.


What sort of equestrian products feature in the subscription box?

The products we feature are hand selected and procured very carefully.

We want to feature products which are new and exciting, things you haven’t tried before and from companies who are not so well known…yet!

Occasionally we will also feature great products from established companies we all know.

The products will always be high quality and can include horse tack, cleaning/grooming products, supplements, clothing, sports wear, safety gear, accessories, and much more!


Shipping Information

We ship our parcels using carefully selected couriers. The couriers we use deliver within a timescale of 2-4 working days.

We will ship your box between the 14th – 17th of every month. Sometimes, our courier makes mistakes, so if your parcel is late, please contact us at hello@myhorsebox.com.

Shipping fees are included free in all Mainland UK subscription plans.

We also ship to Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, but a shipping surcharge is applicable – this will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.

We do not have any plans to introduce International shipping unfortunately.


Can I Cancel?

Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We understand circumstances can change at any moment.

Click Account from the menu on any page of our website and then choose Subscriptions.

You will be able to cancel your subscription, or if you just want to take a break, you can do this too!


Can I change my renewal date?

Yes, not a problem. Please drop us an email at hello@myhorsebox.com to let us know what date you would like your renewal payments to be taken.

If you signed up prior to December 2019, unfortunately, we will be unable to amend your renewal date.


How can I get my product featured?
